UPDATE: Poor Mikey has gone blind from his Diabetes he will join our Forever ours program.
Mikey found himself in a ruff situation in June 2017. He was sick and diagnosed with Diabetes at the Emergency Room, Midwestern University Animal Clinic. His elderly owner felt she couldn’t take care of Mikey with diabetes and he would have to be euthanized. A call was made to Yorkie Luv Rescue and he became the white, curly not so Yorkie. Mikey is going on 8 yrs old in June and is a diabetic. He loves to be walked but is happy just to sit next to you on the couch for petting.
