Archie was a stray, in rough shape at County. YLR sprung him on December 28th and brought him to our house. He was a terrified, not housebroken mess. He had an upper respiratory infection, eye infection, and was clearly in pain when he walked. We named him Archie. After 2 trips to the vet, antibiotics for the infection, drops for his eyes, anti-inflammatory meds for his legs, and daily Glucosamine, he is feeling better. Archie has a luxating patella in both back legs. Every time he takes a step, his knee caps pop out. He doesn’t really walk, but rather dances. Archie is learning to ask to go outside to potty, and he is slowly learning to trust humans. He is also bonding with his foster brothers and sisters. He is a very sweet boy. Watch for his updates.
