RIP MY HANDSOME LITTLE MAN
Frankie was turned into the County Shelter as a stray. He is about 12-13 years old he has a large tumor on his liver. We have gotten him at a healthy weight of 6.5 pounds. Due to his illness he will be a Forever Ours pup and stay with his foster mom for the rest of his life.
